This is a shard of glass painted by myself with acrylic paints. I painted the colors first, on the back, and then covered them with a layer of black paint to make the colors really pop. Painting the back of the glass really gives the painting great depth. It was wraped in silver tape, and then silver colored wire.

This is another piece that I painted. The back was first painted with the colors. With this one I experimented with blending, as the blue can attest. The top is a darker shade, that fades into the lighter blue of the bottom half. The wire spiral was meant to mimic the painted swirl.

This is another one of my painted pieces. I painted the back of the glass with the colors, then put a black layer over that to seal in the colors, and really make them pop. The glass is textured, as you can see in the teal portion of the painting.

Sorry for the blurry pic! This beautiful pendant has some very unique stripes that you can sort of see. They're very subdued and elegant. I left one side untaped, because that's the natural, rounded edge of the poured glass. It's not at all sharp, it's rounded and smooth.

These are some of my favorite. I wasn't able to get a lot of this glass, so each piece is truly unique and rather rare. I'm not sure if the glass store I get my glass from will ever have more glass like this. What makes it so neat is the texture. Part of it is frosted, and then there are small, clear 'rivulets'. The rivulets are actually cut into the glass, like little canyons. They're beautiful.

This beautiful silky blue pendant is made from stained-glass glass, wrapped in silver tape and then silver wire. It is a very simple and elegant pendant, and what I love the most about it is that it's wider at the top than the bottom. It's very slight, but creates a very nice contrast to your 'perfect' pieces. The loop is actually in the center of the top, I'm not sure how it got pulled to one side like that.

I love this piece! I found a small scrap of this textured glass at the stained-glass store, and don't know if I'll be able to find more. It all depends on if the store pours more. Part of the glass is frosted, and the rivulets are clear, and sunk into the glass.

This is a beautiful piece of stained-glass glass. Three sides are taped with silver tape. The fourth side is the side that was left from the original pour - it's rounded and very smooth. You can even see one of the bubbles left from the cooling molten glass. It's wrapped in silver wire.
